Position Title: Estimator (Fit-out & Joinery)
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 6,000 AED, all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Role
• Estimation interior fit-out projects
• Preparation of bills of quantities
• Adjudication of contractor’s claims (measurement)
• Estimating and cost control
• Managing full tender process
• Interpreting specifications, price tenders, and preparation of contract documents
• Interpreting and checking drawings, tender documents, quantities and estimates
Requirements
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or any related course
• Minimum 4 years of similar work experience in a senior position and must have a strong knowledge as QS- Quantity Surveyor
• Extensive experience in the joinery and fit out industry is a must
• Knowledgeable in RFQs, tender and bill of quantity
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and negotiation skills
