We are looking for a Female Event Coordinator, experienced and highly motivated candidate for the position of Events Coordinator to join our friendly team .
Job Purpose:
Support the Events division with projects ranging from helping to plan, organize and execute events from behind the scenes to assisting with pre on-site and post-event delivery.
Key Objectives:
Uplift the event services and offerings, contribute new event ideas
Research markets to identify opportunities for additional general and corporate events
Lead on administrative aspects of corporate events e.g. liaising with clients, vendors, facilities, suppliers, creating quotes & budgets and drawing up contracts
Build, develop, and grow any new and retaining client relationships
Support the events division with other events and projects as and when Events Manager directs

Degree or any qualification related to the field

Proven event experience, exemplified through the achievement of successful projects and events
