We are looking for a passionate and self driven individual to head the Events division of company in Dubai, to promote our event management services. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to;
⦁ Marketing & Promotion of Events in collaboration with the Marketing team.
⦁ Partnering with different relevant bodi.
⦁ Getting relevant individuals and bodies to be our event agents.
⦁ Strategic Planning and Business development.
⦁ Coordinating with different departments & teams to ensure smoot operations (e.g Marketing, Ticketing, Accommodation, Visa, management e.t.c).
⦁ Handle unforeseen problems and complaints and determine eligibility for money returns.
⦁ Maintain relationships with key persons.
⦁ Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages.
Candidate Requirements
⦁ Passionate & Self-Motivated.
⦁ Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
⦁ Must be a Party Person & Out going.
⦁ Knowledge of event planning & organization is an added advantage
⦁ Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively.
⦁ Demonstrable ability to handle crises.
