Job Description

We are looking for an experienced office manager to lead administration and operational duties for a Dubai based fast growing start up in the sustainability sector. The position will work directly with the company founder.

Specific duties
Maintaining and updating sales database
Pipeline management and sales communication
Ongoing communication with suppliers and clients
Office management, calls and scheduling
Managing sales, purchasing, invoicing, quotations and inventory documentation

As a great match for our small team you are willing to learn new skills and grow with the company. You enjoy team work and have the ability to adapt easily to a fast paced working environment. Experience in the trade business is an advantage.


Candidate Requirements

Requirements
Microsoft office suite of tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Excellent command of English language, Arabic language skill is not necessary but a bonus
Background in business administration, sales or procurement
Candidate should already be resident in UAE / Dubai, company visa can be provided
Part time and working from home arrangements possible upon agreement
