Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive culinary experience, including at least 3–5 years in an Executive Chef or similar leadership role within a 5-star luxury hotel or fine-dining environment.
Strong background in European or international cuisine, with proven creativity in menu design and culinary innovation.
Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and motivate large, multicultural kitchen teams.
Expertise in maintaining the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and kitchen operations in line with international hospitality standards.
Solid experience in cost control, budgeting, menu engineering, and kitchen administration.
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple outlets, and deliver exceptional guest satisfaction.
Willingness to relocate to Saudi Arabia and join a luxury hospitality environment.
