• Responsible for pick and drop of staffs from pick up points to company office.
• Transpo packages to and from destinations related to facility coordination.
• Travel via the most efficient routes, unless otherwise directed.
• Comply with road regulations at all times.
• Recognize electrical and mechanical faults and report to the employer or technician.
• Keep all records, including receipts for vehicle maintenance
• Use navigation applications to determine the best route
• Interacting with clients in professional conduct
• Keep mileage records and repair records up to date.
• Handle the facility maintenance for the company apartments.
• Responsible for basic repairs and installations of furniture’s and fixture.
Essential Skills (Behavioral/technical)
• A valid driver’s license and with at least two to three years of driving experience in the UAE to perform the job safely.
• Thorough understanding of road regulations.
• Pleasing personality, neatly presented and professional.
• Proficiency using GPS devices.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Punctual and reliable.
• Ability to work during evenings and on weekends, as required.
• Exceptional communication skills using English.
• Knowledge and ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance.
• Previous professional driving experience preferred
