Job Description

Executive Ice Cream Chef 
1) Mixes, cooks, and freezes ingredients to make frozen desserts, like sherbets, ice cream, and custards.
2) Measures cooks ingredients for frozen desserts, according to recipes.
3) Pours mixed ingredients into freezing machine reservoir and starts machine to churn freeze ingredients.
4) Removes frozen dessert mixture from machine.
5) Stores frozen desserts in refrigerated room or refrigerator.
6) Molds ice cream or sherbet into various shapes, like flowers or emblems, using paddle mold forms.
7) Tints and decorates molded figures with icing, using cream bag tubes.
8) Mixes and cooks sauces syrups for use with frozen desserts.
9) May portion frozen desserts for waiters.
10) May carve decorations out of ice.
 
Executive Bakery Chef  
is responsible for all of the food coming out of the kitchen. 
·         Create new entrees for the menu
·         Ensure all food safety regulations are followed
·         Inspect the quality of the food
·         Be aware of new culinary trends and recipes
·         Coordinate all of the kitchen staff
·         Hire and train new kitchen staff
·         Manage special dietary needs
·         Oversee purchasing to stay within certain budget
