This is a hybrid role combining personal assistant, content creator, and team leader tasks — perfect for someone who’s proactive, creative, and loves bringing structure and ideas to life.
You’ll handle content creation, daily organization, travel planning, and team coordination across international projects. If you’re the type who makes things run smoothly and loves variety — this role is for you.
Main tasks:
Assist the founder in daily and business activities
Film & edit content for social media (Reels, TikToks, YouTube)
Keep the home and workspace organized
Coordinate with international remote teams (BPO)
Plan trips, activities, and events
Bring structure, efficiency, and positive energy to every day
Excellent computer skills and digital fluency (Google Workspace, project management tools, etc.)
Strong leadership and coordination skills — able to manage remote teams
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Trustworthy, reliable, and able to handle confidential information
Flexible, proactive, and solution-oriented
Comfortable assisting with both personal and professional tasks
Willingness to travel and adapt to different environments
