· Manage professional and personal scheduling and administrative requirements for MD, including agendas, travel arrangements and client management
· Manage, coordinate, and arrange company travel and travel-related activities, including hotel booking, transportation, and meal coordination
· Manage and arrange Owner’s personal travel and travel-related activities
· Perform owner personal, administrative and office support as required
· Organize team communications and plan events
· Work closely with the other teams to ensure smooth operation of all governance and compliance matters of the business group
· To be responsible for governance and compliance registers across all areas of the business including finance, HR and administrative matters
· To provide support with VAT processes as per the instructions received by the Managing Heads
· To provide support with general administrative and office management matters as per the instructions received by the MD.
· Should have a good knowledge on excel.
· Must conduct a thorough follow up on all the activities
Requirements
· 3-5 years’ experience with UAE and, preferably
· Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
· Self-motivated and enthusiastic
· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
· Able to respond effectively to changing priorities
· Good organizational skills used in planning own work
· Able to work effectively with minimal management guidan
· Good level of competence with Microsoft Office software
· Bachelor degree will be considered a plus
