- Organizing the agenda and assisting senior management in scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Preparing minutes and taking notes during meetings.
- Managing incoming and outgoing communications.
- Handling correspondence and organizing events.
- Arranging travel and accommodation for senior management.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- At least two years of experience in an Executive Secretary position.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English and computer skills.
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion.
