Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized, reliable, and professional Female Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support in managing personal and professional tasks. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling a variety of responsibilities with discretion and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.

· Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls promptly and professionally.

· Organize and maintain personal and professional doents.

· Assist with household management, including coordinating with staff and vendors.

· Run errands and handle personal tasks as required.

· Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.

Requirements:

· Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.

· Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

· Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

· Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

· Discretion and trustworthiness are a must.
