Responsibilities:
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
Provide expert advice on market conditions and property values.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Conduct property viewings and negotiate contracts.
Develop marketing strategies to promote listings effectively.
Stay updated with the latest real estate trends and regulations.
Requirements:
Fluency in Arabic, Russian, or French (additional languages are a plus).
Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate or a related field.
Proven sales track record with a focus on achieving targets.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid UAE driving license and own car (preferred).
RERA certification is a plus but not mandatory.
