We are hiring Facility Engine Coordinator to support and coordinate day-to-day maintenance operations across residential compounds, villas, malls, banquet halls, and commercial properties.
This role acts as the central link between site teams and management, ensuring smooth execution of preventive and corrective maintenance, performance tracking, and timely issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily maintenance activities across multiple sites
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and contractor performance
• Manage CAFM system, work orders, and reporting
• Review schedules, manpower, and materials
• Handle escalations and support site supervisors
• Prepare week operational reports
• Experience in Facility Management / MEP operations
• Strong coordination and reporting skills
• Knowledge of CAFM systems and maintenance planning
• Organized, proactive, and field-oriented
