The Food & Beverage Attendant at Crowne Plaza Muscat OCEC is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and warm hospitality. You will greet guests, present menus, and provide personalized recommendations while ensuring accurate order-taking and timely delivery of food and beverages. Key duties include setting up dining areas, maintaining cleanliness of service stations, and adhering to strict HACCP hygiene and sanitation guidelines. This role requires following IHG brand standards to create memorable emotional connections with guests. You will also support room service and banquet operations, working collaboratively with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure a seamless dining experience in a high-pressure, premium hotel environment.
