Position: Female Administrator / Secretary

We are looking for an efficient, well presented Secretary. You should be independent with good Communication skills. Bonus and other perks will be explained if you are selected for an interview.

Salary Range: 2000-3500 Dhs

Responsibilities:
– Reply to emails, distribute inquiries
– Attend weekly meetings and take minutes
– Prepare daily reports, schedules, book appointments
– Check if products, office supplies are in stock if not order them
– Make hotel and flight reservations, gate pass, online transaction
– Deal with inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone or via e-mail
– Professional work presentation
