We are looking for an experienced barista to fit in with our team!
Requiremen
* Have at least 2 years of experience in specialty coffee.
* Have a good eye for detail.
* An excellent communication skills, with confidence and passion.
* The ability to drive sales in a fast pace and high-pressure environment.
* Have a good working knowledge of equipment and maintenance.
* Keep track of stock and placing orders.
* Cleaning and sanitising work areas and equipment.
* A confidence in latte art and preparing coffee.
* Welcoming customers, informing them about specials or new items, answering questions, and taking orders.
Skills:-
* Great communication skills.
* Customer service skills and knowledge.
* High level of attention-to-detail.
* Positive and approachable manner.
* The ability to carry out multiple tasks at once.
* Knowledge of preparation and food safety.
