We are seeking an experienced Matcha Cafe Manager to oversee the daily operations of our tea room. The ideal candidate will manage staff, handle daily tasks, and ensure the smooth and efficient running of the cafe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the Matcha Cafe.
- Manage and supervise staff, ensuring high levels of performance and customer service.
- Handle administrative tasks, including inventory management, scheduling, and ordering supplies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for both staff and customers.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience managing a cafeteria or similar establishment.
- Preferably of Asian background with knowledge of Japanese, Chinese, or Korean cultures.

- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
