Lazeez Biryani Restaurant L.L.C., a well-regarded dining establishment, is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Female Cashier to join our team in Dubai.
PLEASE NOTE: Since the MAJORITY of our customers are FEMALE, we are ONLY LOOKING TO HIRE FEMALE CASHIERS.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Warmly greet customers and assist them with menu selection, highlighting specials and any new items.
2. Receive and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and quick service.
3. Handle cash transactions with customers using our POS system, ensuring all bills are handled accurately and receipts are given.
4. Manage all payment and transactions responsibly, this includes cash, credit card, and vouchers.
5. Keep the service area clean, tidy, and well-stocked.
6. Assist in resolving any service or food issues.
7. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with customers, colleagues, and management.
8. Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction and repeat customers.
Qualifications:
1. Previous cashier experience, preferably in a restaurant setting.
2. Good knowledge of handling money and electronic payment systems.
3. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
4. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
5. Fluency in English & Arabic; knowledge of additional languages would be a plus.
