Job Description

Digital Campaigns: Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across channels like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, Instagram.
SEO and SEM: Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings. Manage SEM campaigns for paid search and social ads.
Content Creation: Create and curate engaging content for blogs, social media, email newsletters, and website pages.
Email Marketing: Design, implement, and monitor email campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and optimize based on insights.
Social Media Management: Manage social media accounts, create content calendars, engage with followers, and monitor social media trends.
Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media insights. Provide reports and actionable insights to improve marketing efforts.
Website Management: Collaborate with web development teams to ensure content is updated, optimized for SEO, and user-friendly.
Brand Development: Contribute to the development of the company’s digital presence and brand identity, ensuring consistency across platforms.
Lead Generation: Execute strategies to capture leads through digital channels and manage the lead nurturing process.
A/B Testing: Conduct tests for various campaigns to optimize performance and conversions.
Competitor Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and digital marketing best practices to stay ahead of the curve.


Candidate Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with SEO tools
Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and social media management tools.
Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating compelling content and engaging with the audience.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data and make decisions based on insights.
Creative Skills: Ability to design digital creatives, or collaborate with design teams for visuals.
Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently.
