As a Front Desk Officer, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing a warm and welcoming experience. Your primary responsibilities will include managing the front desk, answering inquiries, and ensuring the smooth operation of the reception area.

Responsibilities:

Greet clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate department.
Handle client inquiries and provide accurate information.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
Schedule and manage appointments for clients and staff.
Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry and doent management.
Collaborate with the team to ensure a positive client experience.
Uphold the company's standards of professionalism and confidentiality.
