Female Housekeeping Supervisor
• Allocate work duties to the Housekeeping Attendants.
• Manage and train staff to ensure their performance is to the standards required.
• Schedule and supervise deep cleaning and any other projects.
• Report and follow up on any maintenance defects or other issues.
• Inspect, routinely, service areas, store rooms and corridors.
• Manage, efficiently, stock control and the maintenance of equipment.
• Minimum of 1 -2 years’ experience in a similar position.

Female Chef
• Demonstrate and help to maintain the high level of service that consistently exceeds the expectations of our guests.
• Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality and presentation standards
• Carry out daily and weekly procedures, including temperature checks, food labelli and storage
• Maintain high standards of personal hygiene, clean uniform and overall camaraderie
• Instruct and lead Commis chefs through their daily requirements in food preparations
• Have an understanding of menu planning and implementation of stock controls.
• Properly follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures.
• Report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to your Supervisor.
