Under the guidance of the Gym Manager and within the limits of the Al Barari Policies, ensure that all operational procedures, codes of conduct and standards of appearance set down by the Gym Manager are adhered to by all staff. Be able to coordinate with other PTs relating to class schedules. Detailed job description includes:
1. Assess the needs and capabilities of individuals through fitness assessment procedures .
2. To advice on the correct method and use of exercise machine and devices including weights.
3. Develop individual exercise program for individual based on age and fitness levels.
4. Provide instruction in a variety of fitness activities including non-gym related activities.
5. Motivates clients to work to h maximum potential for the entire work out without compromising h safety.
6. Assume all exercise are done with proper form and technique maximizing the results.
7. Helps clients develop realistic, attainable goals and continually modifying training objectives .
Minimum of 2 years Experience as a Personal Trainer
Able to do group classes
Experience in Pilates reformer is an advantage
