Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Female candidates are preferred for this role to promote diversity within our team.
Responsibilities:
Drive sales growth by developing and implementing effective sales strategies tailored to the Dubai market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors and real estate agents.
Identify and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to capitalize on opportunities for business development.
Lead negotiations and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets, ensuring compliance with Dubai real estate regulations.
Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance visibility and generate leads through targeted campaigns, events, and online platforms.
Conduct property presentations, site visits, and open houses, showcasing the unique features of our developments.
Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries promptly, ensuring a positive buying experience.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients through networking, referrals, and market research.
Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Stay updated on the latest developments in the Dubai real estate market, including emerging trends, regulations, and pricing strategies.
Mentor and guide junior sales staff to improve team performance and foster a collaborative work environment.
Attend real estate exhibitions, seminars, and networking events to promote the company and expand the client base.
Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure smooth transaction processes and compliance with local laws.
Assist clients with property financing options and doentation.
Provide after-sales support and maintain client relationships.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in sales, preferably in the real estate sector in Dubai.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and property laws.
Fluent in English. knowledge of other languages is a plus.
