We are seeking a highly organized and professional Female Secretary with an MBA qualification and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience to provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to management. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential information with discretion.
1. Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to senior management
2. Manage schedules, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
3. Prepare, format, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and official doents
4. Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitors in a professional manner
5. Maintain organized filing systems (both physical and digital)
6. Coordinate internal and external communications
7. Assist in preparing meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-ups
8. Ensure confidentiality of company and executive information
9. Support office operations and administrative tasks as required
1. Female candidate (as per company requirement)
2. MBA graduate from a recognized university
3. Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Secretary, Executive Secretary, or Administrative Assistant
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
5. Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
6. Professional appearance and business etiquette
7. Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
8. Ability to work independently and under pressure
