Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Secretary to provide administrative and clerical support to our technical services team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, facilitating communication, and supporting project coordination within the department.
Eligibility:
0-1 year experience
Filipina nationality
Between 23 years old to 28 years old
Key Responsibilities:•Manage correspondence (emails, letters, memos) and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.•Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for managers and technical staff.•Prepare reports, presentations, and doents using Microsoft Office Suite or other relevant software.•Maintain organized filing systems (electronic and physical) for technical doentation, contracts, and records.•Assist with the preparation and formatting of technical reports, proposals, and project doentation.•Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.•Handle incoming calls and direct them to appropriate personnel.•Support the project teams by tracking deadlines, updating records, and assisting with client communications.•Liaise with clients, suppliers, and service providers as needed.•Ensure confidentiality of company and client information.
Qualifications:•High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.•Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant, preferably in a technical or engineering environment.•Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
