Job description
Responsibilities:
1. Data entry: The Accounting Admin is responsible for entering financial data into accounting software and maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
2. Processing invoices: The Accounting Admin processes invoices and ensures that they are approved and paid on time.
3. Reconciling accounts: The Accounting Admin reconciles bank statements and other financial accounts to ensure that all transactions are recorded correctly.
4. Managing accounts payable: The Accounting Admin manages accounts payable, including reviewing and processing invoices, resolving payment discrepancies, and communicating with vendors.
5. Managing accounts receivable: The Accounting Admin manages accounts receivable, including preparing invoices, tracking payments, and following up with customers on overdue payments.
6. Assisting with payroll: The Accounting Admin assists with payroll processing, including calculating employee salaries and benefits, and ensuring compliance with relevant tax and employment laws.
7. Maintaining financial policies and procedures: The Accounting Admin ensures that the organization's financial policies and procedures are up-to-date and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Candidate should have a degree in accounting or a related field, and possess strong organizational and communication skills. They should also be familiar with accounting software and have a strong attention to detail.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
