Key Responsibilities:
Financial Planning and Analysis:
Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
Monitor project expenses and revenues, ensuring alignment with budgetary constraints.
Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making and project planning.
Project Management:
Oversee financial aspects of various projects, including construction, trading,contracting and professional services.
Collaborate with project managers to ensure financial objectives are met.
Track project progress and financial performance, identifying and mitigating financial risks.
Accounting and Reporting:
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Prepare financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Ensure timely and accurate invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliation of accounts.
Cost Control and Optimization:
Implement cost control measures to optimize project profitability.
Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
Monitor and manage project-related expenditures.
Stakeholder Communication:
Provide regular financial updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal and external auditors during financial audits.
Communicate financial performance and projections to project teams and clients.
Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and contractual obligations.
Identify and mitigate financial risks associated with projects.
Implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and financial information.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's degree or professional certification such as CPA or CMA preferred).
Should be great Knowledge in BANK PRODUCT FINANCE
Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role, with a focus on project management in construction, trading, contracting or professional services.
Strong knowledge of financial management principles, budgeting, and financial analysis.
Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in financial reporting.
