We are seeking a seasoned Finance Manager with strong experience in the tobacco or printing industry to oversee all financial aspects of our business operations in Fujairah, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial planning, analysis, reporting, compliance, and decision support to drive profitability and ensure long-term financial sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:•Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and reporting.•Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and analysis to senior management.•Ensure full compliance with local UAE regulations, tax laws, and international accounting standards (IFRS).•Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, tax consultants, and government authorities.•Develop and implement robust financial controls and procedures to safeguard company assets.•Monitor cost structures and identify areas for cost reduction, particularly within the manufacturing and supply chain processes.•Lead financial risk assessments and ensure appropriate mitigation strategies are in place.•Support pricing strategies and profitability analysis for products within the tobacco or printing sector.•Supervise and mentor the finance team to improve efficiency and performance.•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with operational objectives.
Requirements:•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.•CPA, CMA, ACCA, or CA certification is preferred.•Minimum 5–8 years of finance management experience, with at least 3 years in the tobacco or printing industry.•Strong understanding of UAE VAT, corporate tax, and financial regulations.•Proficient in financial software such as SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or similar ERP systems.•Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.•Fluent in English (Arabic or Chinese is a plus).
