Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Finance & Sustainability Executive to manage our financial operations and oversee sustainability compliance within our UAE-based company. This dual-role position combines core finance functions with responsibility for managing our ISCC membership and ensuring sustainability audit readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
Finance:
•Oversee day-to-day financial management and bookkeeping using Zoho Accounting
•Prepare and file VAT returns and corporate tax doentation in line with UAE regulations
•Manage cash flow forecasting, scheduling, and fund optimization
•Produce monthly and quarterly financial reports and performance insights for senior management
•Handle stock inventory, reconciliation, and cost analysis
•Ensure ongoing compliance with UAE financial laws and governance standards
Sustainability & Compliance:
•Maintain and update all records related to our ISCC membership
•Ensure accurate and up-to-date mass balance doentation
•Collect and validate all origin receipts for feedstock or product batches
•Coordinate and prepare for annual ISCC audits, ensuring full audit readiness
•Liaise with certification bodies and internal stakeholders to maintain compliance
•Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline
•Professional financial qualifications preferred (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CA) – Chartered status is a plus
•Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in finance or sustainability roles
•Familiarity with Zoho Books or similar cloud-based accounting software
•Solid understanding of UAE VAT and corporate tax frameworks
•Prior experience with sustainability certification or mass balance systems is highly desirable
•Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
•UAE experience preferred
