Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Analyst Internal Auditor to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing the financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, internal audit, and tax management functions of the company. This position requires a combination of financial expertise, analytical skills, and leadership abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Financial Analysis, Budgeting, and Forecasting:
oConduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
oPrepare annual budgets and forecasts based on thorough analysis of financial data.
oPerform costing analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve efficiency.
oConduct scenario analysis and sensitivity analysis to assess potential outcomes.
2.Internal Audit:
oLead and execute internal audit activities to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
oConduct risk assessments and develop audit plans to address key areas of risk.
oProvide recommendations for process improvements and internal control enhancements.
3.Management Information System (MIS):
oDevelop and maintain an effective MIS to provide timely and accurate financial information to management.
oGenerate reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators and financial metrics.
4.Cash Management:
oManage cash flow and liquidity to optimize working capital efficiency.
oMonitor banking activities and ensure compliance with cash management policies.
5.Financial Reporting:
oPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with relevant accounting standards.
oEnsure accuracy and integrity of financial data and reports.
6.Tax Management:
oManage VAT and corporate tax compliance, including timely filing and payment of taxes.
oStay updated on changes in tax regulations and implement necessary adjustments.
7.Team Management:
oProvide leadership and guidance to the finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
oMentor and develop junior team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
Qualifications and Skills:
• qualification or finalist status.
•Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
•Mandatory Big 4 experience in audit or internal audit.
•Expertise in Zoho, Tally, or any other ERP software.
•Advanced Excel analytics skills.
•Willingness to work additional hours as required to meet deadlines.
•Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
•Proven ability to manage teams and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
