Role Description
To manage daily accounting tasks to contribute to the overall efficient operation of the department. To assist the company to be fully aware of its financial condition in order for the organisation to make the right decisions and accomplish long term success. Analyse every day financial activities and provide advice and guidance to management on future financial plans. Lead the accounting team and department.
Oversees the daily workflow of the department and supervises the and Cash management functions..
Valida and post the transactions in the accounting softwa.
Handles discipline and day to day tasks assigned for both sections and A/P)
Assuring to deploy the finance policy and procedures on all company records.
Review, validate and report the financials on a monthly basis.
Responsibilities
Analizes financial reports in relation to current budget and prior year information.
Audits expenditures, ensuring compliance with the accounting procedures of the organization.
Execute and Supervise GL and inter-company entries and ensure of supervision of Management functions.
Balances and reconciles accounts; adjusts and corrects daily journal entries.
Monitors expenditures and prepares monthly financial statements and administrative reports.
Provides technical support to clerical and professional staff.
Prepares quarterly and annual statements.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor degree in accounting, finance, or business administration required.
Three to five years of supervisory experience required.
CPA, CMA or any equivalent certificate will be plus.
Real estate and consultancy backgrounds will be prioritized.

Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.

Extensive knowledge of accounting concepts and principles and IFRS.
Ability to analyze and interpret financial data.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software, and accounting and financial software.
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Hard worker and can adapt with a complex environment and pressures.
