Fire alarm
A fire alarm technician installs, maintains, and repairs fire alarm systems in homes and businesses. They also ensure that fire alarm systems comply with electrical and fire codes
Install and program control panels and all other equipment for fire alarm systems with the guidance of building plans and electrical layouts
Mount sensors at appropriate locations, performing all necessary tasks, such as drilling holes for cabling and accessing locations such as crawlspaces or attics to ensure optimal wiring layouts
Install all wiring to connect system components, complying with all applicable safety standards and with customer’s concerns or preferences
Show customers how to use alarm system, discuss any questions or concerns and ensure customers are fully satisfied with the service they receive
Inspect and test systems to ensure all components are performing well and comply with safety requirements
Review installation manuals, building plans and work orders to plan optimal locations for system components and wiring
Identify and repair malfunctions in system components or wiring, including ordering and installing replacement parts as necessary
Compose and submit doentation and reports for each installation or repair visit, complying with company’s standard operating procedure
Fire pump
Performs repair and maintenance on fire pumps, dry valves, pre-action, and sprinkler systems. Servicing, maintenance and installation of fire water system including but not limited to fire water tanks, fire water
pumps, fire water network, and associated equipment to ensure that they conform to applicable civil standards.
Perform site inspections on mechanical installations Accomplish the maintenance and repairs of water-based sprinkl systems and other equipment that
is a component part of the overall fire protection system.
Performs inspection, testing, commissioning and maintenance of fire protection systems
Utilizes various hand tools, shop tools, and equipment in accomplishing repairs and maintenance of these systems
and components.
Troubleshoots repairs or replaces defective components of the water-based sprinkler system, Fire Pumps,
Standpipe, Water storage tanks, pump controllers, water flow and tamper devices.
Complete overhauling of pumps and engines as per NFPA standards.
Requests and maintains accountability for parts, tools, equipment and materials required for work performance
and work assignments.
Complies with safe standards and safe work practices.? Must be conversant with the Quali systems & Procedures.
Perform other special tasks as assigned / instructed by the Division Manager.

Fire alarm salary will range from 2000 - 2000 SAR
Fire pump salary will range from 2500 - 2700 SAR
Qualifications:
Diploma holder or equivalent
Experience in Civil Defense is an advantage
Knowledge in Fire protection system equipment
Good English communication
Age between 22-40 years old
