Responsibilities for fitness trainer
One-on-one and group training sessions
Assist members
Ensure a safe and clean workout environment
Assist in the development of motivational and educational programming Promoting PT services using marketing, word of mouth
Must maintain all training requirements for the position, while seeking out opportunities for continuous development and growth
Must have effective communication skills, which may include oral or written Orientations
Orient
Network and build clientele
Qualifications for fitness trainer
Must be able to present information in front of a large group of people Preferred degree in exercise scien
Ability to represent all areas of the Club in a positive, proactive manner Minimum 1 year work experience as Fitness trainer and group classes
Some certifications preferred, but not required
