We are currently looking for a Fleet Supervisor who will serve as the key operations link between the company and both our drivers and customers. He must effectively deliver key factor results for the fleets' operation, maintenance, safety, and service.
Tasks include the following:Deal with the day-to-day outdoor operation of the fleet.To resolve customer and driver needs while leading drivers to meet performance goals.Visit all client’s locations to maintain and improve the company's service levelAttend all direct clients (hotels), bookings, and vehicle requirementsAttend direct clients (hotels) complaints and lost and found issuesMaintain personal grooming, wear company ID, and use of proper uniform.Provide timely reports related to the fleet to the Operation Manager.Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:Proven maximum of 1 year in UAE Or Outside working experience in a relevant role.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM softwareCommunication and negotiation skills (Proficiency in English).Time management and planning skills.Open to rotation timing schedules and willing to relocate to different locatio.
