Prepare operational flight plan / ATC and relevant NOTAMs, Met folder, containing the latest
METARs, TAFs and charts depicting pressure patterns and winds at different pressure levels
and altitudes. Filling ATC flight plan with tower. Keep a continuous contact with Air traffic Control Unit for
parking spot & slot. Arranging complete ground handling and fuel services. Optimum Route planning in accordance with aircraft performance, current Notams, upper
winds, available clearance(s) with the help of Jeppesen Enroute Charts, Jepp View, Jeppesen
Jet Planner & Flite Star. Updating Jeppesen manual, AIP & all other doents related to operation. Dispatch and monitor the flights from place of origin to destination taking into consideration,
safety, punctuality and economy. Maintains watch on the progress of the flight and informs
operating crew about the operational information affecting the safe conduct of flight. Develop and initiate recovery plans for operational irregularities e.g. delays, diversion,
cancellation and re‐routing etc. and up‐date the Vision Air management accordingly. Maintain flight crew duty and rest time limitations. Liaise with the maintenance department in case of any M.E.L. item, which may affect the
performance of the aircraft. Updates flight logs and crew training doents in company‐maintained software. Responsible to verify all the Air Navigation and Flight Related Invoices.
