Minimum 7 years and above of progressive experience in Food & Beverage operations, including at least 4–6 years in a senior leadership role within a 5-star hotel, luxury resort, or high-end hospitality group.
Proven expertise in overseeing multiple restaurants, bars, banqueting operations, and room service within a luxury environment.
Strong background in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, revenue optimization, and menu engineering.
Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and motivate large multicultural teams, ensuring high performance and consistent service excellence.
Excellent understanding of global F&B trends, guest expectations, and premium service standards.
Proven track record of driving guest satisfaction, enhancing operational efficiency, and maintaining the highest levels of quality and hygiene.
Strong administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to manage large-scale operations in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests, colleagues, and stakeholders.
Experience in implementing SOPs, training programs, and service improvement strategies across all F&B outlets.
Ability to work collaboratively with Executive Committee members to achieve the property’s overall business goals.
Willingness to relocate to Saudi Arabia and commit to a long-term leadership role in a luxury hospitality setting.
