Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Food Packing Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently and accurately packing food products to ensure they meet our quality standards and are prepared for distribution.
Key Responsibilities:
Pack food products according to specified guidelines and quality standards.
Inspect items for defects or discrepancies and report any issues to the supervisor.
Ensure all packing materials and equipment are used correctly and efficiently.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all safety and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Assist in inventory management and stock rotation as needed.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous experience in a food packing or manufacturing environment is a plus.
Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to quality standards.
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
Capable of standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks.
Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical demands of the job.
