Your primary responsibilities will include greeting guests, managing phone calls, and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel.
- Manage the scheduling of appointments and meetings.
- Maintain an organized and tidy front desk area.
- Provide information about the company and its services to clients and visitors.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

Qualifications:
