Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet at front desk and assist clients & external stakeholders upon arrival.
- Manage the calendars of the CEO and Managing Director, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Coordinate follow-up calls and correspondence with clients to ensure excellent customer service.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, organizing doents, and maintaining records.
- Assist in coordinating events, conferences, and other corporate functions.
- Act as a liaison between the executive team and intern stakeholders.
- Handle travel arrangements and accommodation for the executive team when necessary.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the executive team.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and of calls received.
- Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail.
- Communicate with other departments regarding routine departmental procedures and other matters.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Bachelors Degree in Administration
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
