Position: Front Office Agent (Male/Female)
Location: Remote Tourist Camp – Bidiyah Desert, Oman
We are looking for a customer-focused Front Office Agent to be the welcoming face of our desert camp, ensuring guests have an exceptional experience from check-in to check-out. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a unique, remote hospitality setting and enjoys creating memorable moments for travelers.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and manage check-i efficiently.
Handle reservations, room assignments, and billing accurately.
Provide personalized service, answering guest inquiries about camp activities, dining, and local attractions.
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and activity teams to ensure smooth operations.
Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
Maintain updated records of bookings, payments, and guest preferences.
Essential Qualifications:
Previous experience in front desk, reception, or guest services (hospitality preferred).
Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and basic computer skills.
Fluent in English (Arabic, Hindi, or additional languages are a plus).
Personal Attributes:
Outgoing, friendly, and professional demeanor.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Adaptability to a remote desert location and flexible schedules (including evenings/weekends).
