Responsibilities:
Provide friendly and efficient customer service to all patrons visiting the petrol station.
Safely and accurately fuel vehicles, ensuring adherence to proper fueling procedures.
Handle cash transactions, including collecting payments and providing change.
Conduct routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning fueling areas and restocking supplies.
Monitor fuel levels and promptly report any irregularities or malfunctions to the supervisor.
Promote and uphold strict safety measures and regulations at all times.
Assist customers with basic inquiries and offer information on additional services provided.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience as a fuel attendant or in a customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of safety procedures and regulations.
Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
