Sonic Technologies is an automation technology company specialising in manufacturing FPGA embedded software and firmware design. Established in 2019, it is a fast-growing company that has designed rigid addressable and conventional gas and fire control panels, and remote thermal unit RTUs using Supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA). We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer with at least 2 years of experience to join our dynamic team and help us create innovative solutions that drive the future of technology.
Job Summary:
As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for developing both the front-end and back-end components of our applications. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to create seamless user experiences and robust server-side logic.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain web applications across the full stack (front-end and back-end).
Collaborate with designers to implement user-friendly interfaces.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
Build and maintain RESTful APIs and services.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar role.
Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, or Vue.js).
Strong back-end experience with languages such as Node.js, Python, Ruby, or Java.
Experience with database management systems (SQL, NoSQL).
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Understanding of DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Docker, CI/CD).
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
