Job summary
Hiring a Functional Consultant to collaborate with clients, understand their business needs, and convert them into tailored solutions. The role includes analyzing requirements, developing business models, and creating strategies to deliver projects on time and within budget. Ideal candidates are skilled in balancing client expectations with achievable results.
Key responsibilities:
·Analyze the current business processes and give recommendations that will support and improve the business process of the customer.
·After the recommendation the FC has to gather and doent the requirements of the company. Doentation like FRD, SDD, UAT plan, user manuals. Prepare the flow diagrams and DFDs.
·After the company approves the recommendations suggested by the FC, the FC will be engaged in making detailed process plan.
·Determine the configuration required for the implementation of the software. This is to be approved by the Project Manager.
·Once the Project Manager approves the configuration, the FC starts mapping analysis and GAP for each module and finally establishes doentations for the final goals of the project.
·Then, Implementation of product onto client site according to client requirements of business processes.
·Work as a team with junior consultants. Help them in installation and configuration of the system.
·Make plans to test the modules and train employees in using the new software.
·Prepare and doent training plans and training manuals.
·Coordinate with Project Manager regarding progress of the Project
·Giving guidelines and trainings to Junior Resources when required
·Once the FC along with the team finishes implementation, the go live step starts the FC remains on the project check whether the system works as expected.
·It will be h duty to provide trainings to the end users so that they do not face any difficulty in working with the system
·FC has to clear all the doubts and queries of the clients about using new software.
·S May be required to make refinements to the software during the final stages of the project

qualifications:
Graduation,IT/Computer(Preferable)

·Microsoft Certifications
·ISO Certifications
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in
·Implementati of E software on client side
·Microsoft Dynamics Installati and data repairing experience
Traveling Requirement:Traveling required up to 80-90%
