Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced General Electrician to join our team for villa construction and renovation projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in residential electrical works and general villa maintenance, with the ability to read and understand electrical drawings and technical specifications.
Key Responsibilities
Perform electrical installation works for villas.
Carry out electrical panel dressing, conduit piping, wiring, and termination works.
Install conduit pipes, cable trays, and wiring systems in accordance with approved drawings.
Read and interpret electrical drawings, layouts, and specifications.
Install switches, sockets, lighting fixtures, DB panels, and other electrical components.
Troubleshoot and rectify electrical faults and issues when required.
Perform general maintenance works in villas, including basic electrical repairs, minor plumbing support, fixture replacements, and other routine maintenance tasks as assigned.
Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety standards and project requirements.
Coordinate with supervisors and site personnel to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Requirements
Proven experience as a General Electrician in villa or residential projects.
Strong knowledge of electrical panel dressing, conduit piping, and wiring installations.
Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and schematics.
Familiarity with electrical tools, materials, and safety procedures.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
UAE experience is preferred.
Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Good communication skills in Hindi and Urdu; knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage but not mandatory.

سوئچز، ساکٹس، لائٹنگ فکسچرز، ڈی بی (DB) پینلز اور دیگر برقی آلات نصب کرنا۔
ضرورت پڑنے پر برقی خرابیوں کی تشخیص اور ان کی درستگی کرنا۔
ولاز میں جنرل مینٹیننس کے کام انجام دینا، جن میں بنیادی برقی مرمت، معمولی پلمبنگ سپورٹ، فکسچر کی تبدیلی اور دیگر روزمرہ مینٹیننس کے کام شامل ہیں جو تفویض کیے جائیں۔
