Key Accountabilities:
Doent Transfer: Efficiently ferry important and confidential doents to concerned departmen when requested and instructed.
Parcel & Letter Distribution: Collect, sort and distribute couriers or parcels among employees and concerned departments with utmost care.
General Work: Provide assistance in the general up-keeping of the office. Conduct general work of clearing and shifting furniture when required. Serve refreshment to staff and visitors. Monitor the use of equipment and offi supplies and inform the secretary.
Store Keeping: Store the office supplies, printing material and stationary. Maintain the storage locations and ensure cleanliness and hygiene.
Qualification: Secondary School Certificate
Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in Office Help boy role.
