Develop, communicate and ensure compliance of operations within the business unit to the overall company's visionDevelop and oversee leasing strategy for the current portfolio including business development where requiredDevelop and implement Facilities management strategy for property portfolioFurther develop and fine tune development strategy to ongoing portfolio and identify new potential projectsFull P&L responsibility including planning and budgeting for ongoing portfolio, reporting into Board and Senior ManagementFull oversight and understanding of local marketing and property trendsIncrease management effectiveness through training, leading and recruiting as and when required for existing teams
Profile
Bachelo degree in relevant field (civil engineering degree preferred)MBA (preferred)UAE Market experience 15 years overall experience , 5 years managerial experience (w.P&L)Strong strategic asset management leasing, property management and facilities backgroundExperience managing a similar size and asset category portfolio Strong attention to detailPresentable, well-mannered and culturally fittedDemonstrated loyalty throughout work historyArabic speaker (preferred)
