Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the marketing team to understand design requirements for website banners and social media posts.
Create eye-catching and innovative graphics that align with our brand identity and resonate with our target audience.
Design and update website banners to reflect current promotions, events, and campaigns.
Develop engaging visuals for social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Ensure that all designs are consistent with our brand guidelines and maintain a high level of quality.
Stay updated with design trends and techniques to continuously improve the visual appeal of our digital assets.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines effectively.
Communicate and present design concepts and ideas clearly to the marketing team.
Collaborate with other team members to brainstorm and contribute creative ideas for various marketing initiatives.
Occasionally assist in other design-related tasks such as creating brochures, presentations, and other marketing materials.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or a similar role.
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including website banners and social media graphics.
Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
Ability to adapt to different design styles and cater to various target audiences.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Attention to detail and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality designs.
