As a Graphic Designer at our company, you will be an integral part of our creative team, responsible for conceptualizing and executing visually stunning designs that effectively communicate our brand identity and message. This role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and proficiency in various design software and tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Conceptualize and Design: Develop creative concepts and designs for various projects including but not limited to branding, marketing collateral, advertising materials, digital assets, and website designs.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, creative directors, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, objectives, and timelines. Collaborate effectively to bring ideas to life and ensure consistency across all design elements.
Visual Identity: Maintain and enhance the visual identity and brand standards of the company across all design materials. Ensure that designs align with the brand guidelines and effectively communicate the desired message to the target audience.
Multimedia Design: Create multimedia content such as animations, videos, and interactive presentations to engage and captivate the audience across various platforms.
Research and Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies to continually improve skills and bring fresh ideas to the table. Incorporate innovative design concepts to elevate the quality and impact of our projects.
Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines without compromising quality. Maintain organized files and doentation to streamline the design process and facilitate collaboration.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
Proven experience as a graphic designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative design projects.
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, a other relevant tools.
Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate and present ideas effectively.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Knowledge of Arabic language and familiarity with Middle Eastern culture and design preferences (preferred but not required).
