Key Responsibilities:
•Develop and maintain a cohesive corporate brand identity across all digital and printed materials. Ensure consistency in visual messaging across various platforms.
•Create unique branding for each property. This includes designing property brochures, signages, fact sheets, sales kits, and other marketing materials.
•Create high-quality visual content for both print and digital media, including brochures, posters, digital ads, and social media graphics.
•Liaise with printing suppliers to ensure quality and timeliness of printed materials.
•Generate creative visual content for the website and social media platforms, enhancing online presence and engagement.
•Design attractive and informative newsletter.
•Work closely with the Marketing and Communications Manager to align design strategies with organizational goals.
•Stay abreast of the latest trends in graphic design and introduce innovative ideas and approaches.
•Ensure all designs comply with the company’s brand guidelines and standards.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
•At least 4 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably with luxury brands or real estate.
•Fluent in both English and Arabic.
•Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
•Strong portfolio showcasing a range of skills and creative projects.
