Our founder came up with this idea to spread our authentic flavorful spices and aromatic marinades.
Our restaurant opened its first branch in Dubai, and with its astonishing success we are in process opening our second branch in KSA / Al-Ahsa.
We aim to expand through all middle eastern countries and around the world.
**Job Description:**
We are seeking a talented and passionate Bahraini Chef to join our team at Tikka Baba Restaurant.
As a Bahraini Chef, you will play a pivotal role in bringing the authentic flavors and culinary traditions of Bahrain to our guests.
**Responsibilities:**
- Prepare and cook a variety of Bahraini grills in adherence to our restaurant's standards and recipes.
- Develop and create new menu items while maintaining the authenticity of Bahraini cuisine.
- Ensure the kitchen operates efficiently and meets all food safety and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to streamline processes and maintain a positive work environment.
- Stay updated with current food trends and incorporate innovative techniques into the menu.
**Requirements & Qualifications**
- Bahraini nationality only.
- Proven experience as a Chef specializing in Bahraini cuisine.
- In-depth knowledge of Bahraini culinary traditions and ingredients.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
